Speed and Scalability:

Fast roll-out over large asset base by seamlessly weaving in new assets into the EKG - no system break as same instance is used;

Interoperability instead of Dashboards:

Due to granular semantic modelling  (micro ontologies), the digital asset communicates with the physical asset both ways.

Error Resistance and Flexibility:

Roll-out, modifications or replacements of parts of the asset as well as design changes are implemented in the digital twin without manual EKG modifications - free of
human error;

Detect.

Wind farms are run in a very cost effective manner - as production revenues are fixed (presold), predictive maintenance and high asset availability are key success factors. Sensor outage on system critical components forces the system to power down in order to avoid physical damage to the asset.

Simulate.

SEKAI is using one  EKG over a fleet of assets, and is able to simulate a environmental sensor in a turbine by averaging a number of adjacent sensors with under 100ms of delay.

Mitigate.

SEKAI is able to run the entire wind turbine, with all internal systems connecting to a specific sensor, on the basis of a phantom sensor - in this case the exact or similar sensor of an adjacent turbine. The physical turbine will use the data feed of the virtual replacement sensor to operate all its safety protocols as normal.
